Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.00.
If your order qualifies, you’ll also receive a FREE return shipping label included with your shipment.
Orders Under $99.00
Orders under $99.00 do not qualify for free shipping or returns. Contact us at info@hptack.com to request a return label. If returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Process
If your order includes a FREE return label, no need to contact us or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To return an item:

Repackage the item securely.

Attach the provided return label.

Drop it off at the carrier specified on the label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method based on the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility & Conditions
A. Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:

The item is returned in new, unused condition, just as you received it.

For apparel, all original tags and attachments must remain on. You may try on clothing, but tags must not be removed unless you're keeping the item.
B. Restocking Fee (20%)
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if:

The item is in new condition but tags have been removed or the original packaging is damaged (excluding clear plastic clothing bags).

These items may be marked down or sold as clearance after inspection.
C. No Refund – Damaged/Used Items
We do not issue refunds for items returned in the following condition:

Dirty, stained, torn, worn, or visibly used items

Items contaminated with pet hair or strong odors or markings
These items will be donated or sent to consignment, and no credit will be issued.
D. Closeout Items
Closeout items are final sale and non-refundable.
They are sold as-is and not eligible for return or exchange.
