1)  Please retain all paperwork sent with your items

2)  If your order is clothing, try on all items but do NOT remove the tags until you are satisfied with your order.

3)  If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your purchase in its original condition for a full refund less shipping and handling within 30 days.  Items that are worn or damaged and otherwise not in NEW or re-saleable condition will be assessed a fee or the return may be refused upon our discretion.

4)  Due to the fact that TALL BOOTS are very hard to fit under normal conditions, and extremely hard to fit through the internet; we ask that you be extra careful when selecting the sizing of the boots that you order.  Most returns sent back to us are for TALL BOOTS.  There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all tall boots returned.

5) If an order is damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package.  If the package looks good and you find damaged items upon opening, please call (508) 763-3910 for further assistance or e-mail us at mailto:sales@hptack.com .

6)  We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account, or refund your payment. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

7)  Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable, unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part or damage in shipping.
