Does your site securely accept credit cards?
Yes, the page where you actually transmit your confidential credit card information is controlled by Authorize.net, one of the leading credit card merchant terminals on the net!  We do accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.  Your information will be safe with us.

Out of Stock:
Occasionally we may run low on certain items due to hold-ups from our suppliers or miscalculations of our stock, in this case a refund shall be issued for any item that cannot be shipped within 30 days. Exceptions can be made if the item will be available for shipment within a reasonable extension of 30 days or unless directed by you. In the event of a backorder, we will refund your purchase in full at your request.

Shipments:

All of our shipments come from our warehouse and are shipped in the most economical way that we can; and still meet the time frame that you have requested.

Returns Policy:

All of the items that you purchase from us are of the exceptional quality.  However, sometimes things that you purchase over the internet are not quite what you expect them to be.  See our Returns Policy Page for specific instructions on returning any item.

Saddles:

Due to the costs and the amount of storage space required, we do not have every size saddle in our stock featured in our catalog.  Many saddles will be shipped by drop shipment directly from the manufacturer.  Every effort will be taken to ensure that if a saddle is listed in our catalog, that the supplier has that particular saddle in the size requested in stock.
